For this rarely made dessert wine we selected fully ripened Sauvignon Blanc fruit from an Adelaide Hills vineyard at Oakbank.
The bouquet displays distinctive varietal characters of passionfruit and honeysuckle, while the palate imparts fresh duchess pears, white peach and paw paw flavours.
This delicate well crafted wine has fresh acidity balanced with sweet fruit for a long lingering finish.
